Maveli AD (Joint Stock Company) is an investment company that will change the perception of the citizens of Varna about the closed type housing complex. On 09.03.2016, the investor of the Labyrinth Residential Complex announced an architectural competition featuring leading consultants from different fields.

The competition for selecting the designer of the future complex is a way to innovate the practices for designing and building a modern urban environment, by providing maximum comfort to the residents. For Maveli AD, this is an attempt to think about the architecture, the buildings and the comfort of future owners in a different, innovative and responsible manner.

Designer

Architectural studio STARH Stanislavov Architects, with a leading architect Svetoslav Stanislavov, is ranked first in the competition for the selection of the new residential complex designer. Four leading architectural offices were invited to participate in the competition with their conceptions. The other participants are Architect Angel Maznikov from Arintech Invest OOD (Ltd.), Architect Daniel Georgiev from Easy Home Studio and Architect Radomir Serafimov, manager and leading designer of Atelier Serafimov Architects.   

The work of STARH Stanislavov Architects covers the whole range of architectural challenges - from small, exquisite architectural buildings for private customers, to large public projects. Meeting them in a new way, investing passion and enjoying every step of the building process, the team of the architectural studio believes that they change and create new dimensions in the environment we inhabit.

Payment of 20% of the cost of housing upon signing the preliminary contract.

The rest 80% shall be paid upon issuance of Act 16 and transfer of ownership of the property.

Individual negotiation of the payment scheme for clients using a mortgage bank loan to buy the property.
